DMI block 1: Data services

Product offering

  • We extract, transform, and load unstructured data into structured formats to drive transaction flows. We also provide managed services solutions, which combines AI-driven solutions with human checks. 

  • We currently support classes such as credit, funds and structured products. We can work with clients to expand our data services to other asset classes (e.g., alternatives). 

  • We leverage services including but not limited to AWS Textract, Azure Document Intelligence, and Google Document AI. 

  • Accuracy ranges from 95-100%, depending on input data quality. For managed services, for example, we combine advanced AI models with human “last mile” checks for higher accuracy. 

  • Extracting data across assets and sources such as: 

    • Funds orders (e.g., faxes, PDFs) 

    • Loan documents 

    • Email instructions 

    • Bloomberg Runs 

    • Structured and securitized products documentation for customized output 

  • Yes, we can. 

  • Yes, outputs are fully customizable to meet your format requirements. 

  • We currently support English only. 

  • Yes, however accuracy depends on input quality. 

  • Yes, we deliver analytics and reporting tailored to your needs. 

  • We typically work with our clients on an optimized pricing package based on volume and data complexity. Typically pricing plans are based on a per document / transaction charging mechanism.

DMI block 2: Transaction management

Product offering (Funds)

  • For funds, our comprehensive transaction management offering (currently operating in Singapore) includes: 

    • Retail investor order processing 

    • Retail-to-omnibus order bulking and de-bulking 

    • Seamless orchestration of order placement and execution 

    • Order confirmations with cash and unit details 

    • Reconciliation and adjustment of fractional units 

    • Effective orchestration of settlement instructions  

  • In the initial Phase 1 of our platform rollout, we support funds that are either authorized by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) if constituted in Singapore, or recognized by the MAS if constituted outside of Singapore. We are currently scaling participants on the platform, with plans to support private funds in subsequent phases.

  • Our funds transaction management capabilities provides benefit the entire funds ecosystem, i.e. Asset Managers, Distributors, Settlement Agents and Transfer Agents.  

  • The platform digitises, standardises and streamlines fund messaging and processing. Key benefits include: 

    • Compressed settlement times to T+2  

    • Standardization of order fulfilment and settlement processes 

    • Straight-through processing of instructions 

    • Elimination of faxes 

    • Development of industry-wide standard for funds 

    • Turnkey access to tokenized fund capabilities 

  • We generally charge fixed fees (a combination of subscription and specific usage fees). The actual fees will depend on factors like the nature of the fund and the specific workflows to be addressed (e.g., in combination with our data services). Additional fees are applicable for customization services and/or network transaction costs.

DMI block 3: Tokenization and registry

Product offering

  • Our platform currently supports: 

    • Bonds 

    • Loans / private credit 

    • Funds 

    • Structured products

  • The platform is a B2B infrastructure available for use by asset managers, banks, financial institutions and financial industry service providers. 

  • We work closely with our users to ensure that the tokenization platform is fit for purpose through the following ways:

    • Tailoring user interfaces to match user workflows within institutions 

    • Providing onboarding support (e.g., wallet set-up and integration) and ongoing technical assistance 

    • Offering configuration options when it comes to accessibility, blockchain selection, communication services, compliance / custody solution and payment settlement methods 

  • Yes, we support both private and public blockchains.

  • Currently, EVM networks are supported (e.g., Ethereum, Polygon, Avalanche, etc.). We are actively working to expand coverage to non-EVM networks over 2025.

  • We are pre-integrated with AML / KYC solutions such as Elliptic. Where appropriate, we can also work with your preferred providers. 

  • We are digital custody solution agnostic and can support major digital custody providers such as Fireblocks and Ripple Custody. Where needed, we can also work with your preferred providers. 

  • Both fiat and digital payment options are available. 

  • Our tokenization platform generally charges fixed fees (a combination of subscription and specific usage fees). Fees will depend on factors like the asset class(es) and lifecycle period. Additional fees are applicable for customization services and network transaction costs might also be charged. 

  • Yes, we have conducted a case study with leading financial institutions as part of Project Guardian, led by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS), to tokenize fixed coupon notes. Platform security and support

Security

  • Our platform is designed with rigorous security measures in mind including: 

    • ISO 27001 certification: In process of obtaining ISO 27001 certification for information security management 

    • Penetration testing: Regular tests to identify and address potential vulnerabilities 

    • Load testing: Routine testing to guarantee scalability and performance under high transaction volumes 

    • Data jurisdiction compliance: Ensuring that client data is stored

  • We implement strict access controls, encryption, and compliance with data privacy regulations such as PDPA (Personal Data Protection Act) Singapore. 

Support

  • We ensure 99.9% uptime during Asia (i.e., Singapore / Hong Kong) business hours. Details are available in our Marketnode Support Handbook

  • Yes, Marketnode has a comprehensive BCP policy for its platform and business operations. A detailed BCP process can be shared upon request.
